Instructions: Installing the 458-LMx Application Software

Step 1 - Obtaining New Software

  • It is assumed you know how to extract a file with a zip extension.
     
  • Download the software by clicking on the download button that applies to your product at right.  When the download window appears, click Save to begin the download process. Save the zipped file to any folder on your PC (e.g., C:\temp).

*Note: The 458-LM-A8-18, 458-LM-A8-30 and 458-LM-A8-36 are controlled with the 458-LM-HDx GUI.

Step 2 - Extract Files and Install
  • Unzip the downloaded file.
  • Navigate to the \installer\setup.exe file within the unzipped files and double-click setup.exe to begin the installation. All required files will be installed in the appropriate locations.
